We are looking for a talented individual to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to design and implement strategies to drive traffic to client and company websites.
You must be skilled at Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics, with the ability to design successful advertising campaigns. Extra points if you have experience optimizing client and company websites to drive conversions and generate remarketing opportunities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are critical here. Self-motivation and responsive communication are important tools to success with a team like ours. You will be working independently without much oversight, so you should have a strong work ethic and an ability to get things done. Also, we are the kind of people who love to learn new tricks and “figure things out” when faced with a challenge. You should, too.
Our company specializes in branding, demand generation and content for companies who value service and quality. Our client portfolio is 50% B2C with industries such as real estate, shooting sports/hunting/outdoor, eCommerce, and technology SaaS. Our B2B portfolio consists of companies in professional services, technology, industrial, manufacturing, and engineering.

Our team works remotely (80% at home/remote, 20% in-person team & client meetings), and we operate like a Results Only Work Environment. However, you must actually reside in Austin, TX. After all, we are a team who enjoys meeting together to strategize, go on company outings and retreats together.
Compensation is an annual salary of $65,000. Employees also receive health insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO).
You must have experience working with BOTH B2C and B2B companies.
3 years experience with Digital Marketing. A strong background in Google AdWords, Display Advertising, Analytics, and conversion optimization is a must.
2 years experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), both onsite and offsite. You will also be working with company leadership to manage contractors who assist in this process.
1-2 years experience working in a marketing agency environment. Agencies face a unique set of challenges with an ever-changing set of demands, and that’s how we like it!
Our tools include: Slack, Google Apps, Trello, SEMrush, SpyFu, Cyfe and Canva.
Functional laptop with a webcam and headset/mic is required.
